So... where does he go now? His channel has basically been Jeffree Star for the past year. Will the fans from Jeffree Star even be interested in other stuff?
He's running out of big name youtubers with tons of drama to make a series on lol. At least ones that will do it with him. I don't think David Dobrik would do it, he tends to not address drama unless he absolutely has to. Not much for Shane to do with him otherwise. Pewdiepie isn't the type to do something like that, so he's absolutely out of the picture. He probably can't do Trisha, no way to paint her in a good light at the end of the day lol. Liza Koshy absolutely would never. Doesn't fit her brand at all. Same with Jenna Marbles. Casey Neistat wouldn't either.
Deciding to make his channel centered around making docuseries about other people probably wasn't the best of ideas lol. He's either going to have to expand what he makes his series about, or keep doing the same people over and over again.
Even if David was interested, which I don't think he would be interested in Shane's messy glorified vlogumentaries, Shane wouldn't do it. He only does series with people who can make him look better in comparison. His "therapist of YouTube" image wouldn't be possible if he wasn't working with all these young poorly adjusted twenty-somethings with a slew of controversy and/or mental health issues (Tana, Jake, Eugenia) or people who are just as controversial/fucked up as himself (Jeffree). David represents everything Shane is insecure about. He's young, slim, has more money than he knows what to do with, surrounded by beautiful women and actual non YouTube celebrities, and business smart.
If he hadn't already burned the bridge, James Charles would actually be a smart target for the next series. He'd definitely bring the views and James has never met a controversy he didn't find a way to fall face first in.
