I agree. She seemed really down in her last vlog, but I think she filmed it a few weeks back. I honestly think that she should sell the house that she's in, even though she's getting her backyard renovated, because she clearly doesn't like being alone. I'm not sure if being there reminds her of Alex, but I also think that she doesn't have any food in her fridge so she can use it as an excuse to leave the house. Maybe she'd be better off moving back into an apartment with a roommate.

I know it’s not fair to compare women against each other....but seeing Sierra look so similar in size to Teala was eerie.
Teala has always had this teeny tiny frame and seeing Sierra look so similar really puts things in perspective

It’s good that Sierra is working out but since she hasn’t (talked about) gotten help related to her body issues, I’m worried she’ll just go the other way and become orthorexic...the type of ED where you’re obsessed with fitness and healthy foods

Reminding y'all that this two used Mere's eating disorder as clickbaity titles when Mere was going through it. The two are probably restricting calories. Hypocrisy is ugly

I hope she reminds herself to eat (more) now that she's working out or I could see this going similar as Meredith. I don't think she has a healthy relationship with food, she is not naturally that skinny.
