My sister is 5 feet tall and 125 lbs. She's super muscular & looks amazing, she looks smaller than Katy though. So Katy could be 116 cuz fat weighs less than muscle.

Im 5’1 and when i was in college and ate like shit and just did cardio i weighed 115. Once i started lifting weights years later i actually weigh more now but look much smaller than i did in college so i believe she’s 116. If she lost muscle mass and gained body fat she could look bigger but be the same weight. I still don’t get how she lost muscle mass in her upper body bc she never stopped working out except for a few months after having Axle. It doesn’t take nearly the same level of lifting to maintain as it does to build. I guess it’s just being off PEDS for this long a period of time.

No i mean i agree she looks bigger than 116 now but im thinking it’s bc she’s lost muscle mass and gained body fat so same weight but waaaaay different look. You probably have way more muscle mass than her at this point. I remember at one point she got up to weighing 122 but lean with it so she’s definitely lost muscle.

I don't think she's lying about her weight at all, I think she is 116. It's just that her body composition is literally so different from pre pregnancy when she was on gear and had muscles. She has no visible muscles now, her double chin is present in most of the Alani event pics, her mid section is really, REALLY bloated. Her crotch looks like it's screaming in those poor lululemons

Idk why this annoys me but awhile back she was answering questions and said she doesn't poop and never has. When will females stop saying this lie? Like it's literally IMPOSSIBLE for someone to go their whole life without pooping. That'd make her a medical marvel. For someone who supposedly researches everything she clearly skipped Biology/Human Anatomy and Physiology class and I guess those doctors medical degrees mean nothing. Sorry, back to the normal conversation now. Lol.

You know what I meant. Someone that's 130lbs with muscles will look smaller, vs. someone 130 lbs w/ more body fat will look bigger.
