it’s very very obvious that Dabz and Zay have lip fillers. Zay’s side profile shows how obvious it is as the cupids bow is raised up without pouting. Ibz is the biggest tag along amongst them so it would be abnormal for her to go against the norm within the friendship group.

edit: Ibz follows Dr Yusra Clinic who specialises in this non-surgical/injection rhinoplasty procedure and lip fillers. I’ve followed this Dr before and she’s good at what she does. And we know ibz beig sooo prestige, rarely follows anyone, so to follow that dr speaks volunes
