Nothing. Nothing that we know of for sure. All they have ever addressed is that their lives are very different, that they live really far away from each other and that they dont get to see each other very often because of that, but that they are still friends. All we can do is speculate on the kind of passive aggressive things they have posted, for example that they got rid of toxic people in their lives. And that zoe didnt seem to be there for louise during her split/ divorce with matt. (That was never said, but it was obvious)
There was no public fall out or anything ever really said by either of them.

I can tell there is sth wrong between them as they stopped doing the Christmas gift swapping video that they used to do every year and Zoe said noth bout pearl’s birth ;/ didn’t even go to visit pearl

I think it’s ever since those toxic tweets about chubby people got exposed that Louise stopped talking to Zoella. That advent calendar was such an exploitative disgrace and Louise probably wanted to not be associated with her as Zoella seems to be a sinking ship at the moment and Louise probably doesn’t want to be dragged down with her. They probably grew apart as well, plus Louise probably doesn’t want Zoella to reveal too much to Liam or whatever. Zoella always seemed very immature for her age and melodramatic, as though she can’t handle anything without a woe has me whine fest

Didn't Zoe say something about being upset by a friend at that disaster vlogger event "Hello World"? I may not be 100% on the specifics but she said she was having a panic attack and a friend told her to get over it? Louise was also at the event and was being pushed around in a wheelchair because of pregnancy complications, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was her. And I don't think they have spoken to each other since the event? The fat twitter comments may have been the last nail in the coffin.

Louise and Marie are still friends as far as I'm aware. Marie mentioned her in a live show pretty recently and talked about how she would love to be able to go visit but can't right now because they just don't have the money. I think their friendship is just move offline now than what it was but maybe I'm wrong
