Autoimmune disease and diet

Just wondering if anybody follows a specific diet to help with inflammation related to an autoimmune disease? I’ve cut out wheat/gluten/grains. I find these are the biggest trigger for me. I also have cut out sugars and most prepackaged foods. I’d love to hear what others are doing?
