She's wearing a push up under her sports... she lost a lot of breast tissue because of keto - her arms is not the only thing that lost fat.

At around 10 min.
Ok now I'm really shocked. Her 1RM for Deadlift dropped from 105kg to 85kg. That is really bad for someone who lifts weight regularly and for a long time. Just shows how much muscle mass she lost. It's so sad that all she cares about is being slim.

When I saw the box jumps I literally laughed out loud. Like whaat :/
Also maybe a few words from me - I first stumbled upon Rachel's youtube account a bit over a year ago. I was mesmerized by her videos, especially ones about minimalism. Shortly after discovering her yt I also found instagram and I got completely fanatic. She seemed to be the perfect person and I really wanted to become somewhat alike, I was believing in every single bit she shared. Once I googled her name and found this forum. You may guess that at first I was reading her thread and as it started quite neutrally, slowly page by page more details were revealed that opened my eyes. It's hard to look up to someone that is lying straight to your face :/ I felt really disappointed. How can I take all the minimalism tips, when all I see now is her getting new clothes on every video and post? How can I listen to health tips when I see her declining condition (what Lyanna mentioned in a comment above)? Or how should I trust her as a sports coach when she can't perform her own exercises correctly? :S

I apologise, I didn't want to offend anyone who choses to eat keto! I know that nutrition has a huge impact on health, I myself eat "abnormally" because of health issues, so I know the feeling. ( I know the feeling you might have when reading my comment, for example, I don't eat sugar and there are a lot of people who say that avoiding sugar like the devil is stupid and close to an eating disorder, where this is only true for some people).

BUT concerning Rachel Aust, I get the impression that it's mostly about looks and not health. Just look at her videos: WEIGHT LOSS, FAT LOSS, STAY LEAN, FAT BURNING, ARM SLIMMING and most importantly A SMALL WAIST :D I don't believe she cares about much more than her tiny waist :D

Her food prep videos...? You know all the broccoli, green beans and kale she uses? Vegetables.
High fat diets have been popular and sustainable in many countries and cultures for thousands of years, it's not a big deal. Fish cooked in fat is staple for a lot of people around the world.

Also really, is it actually bad for a person to want to look a certain way? I doubt anyone here realises how horrible it is to lose control of your body due to health issues, and also how empowering it can feel to regain that control. Her diet only seems weird or bad in a Westernised perspective, and it's also one doctors and specialists prescribe to people. I didn't care much about Rachel's videos until she talked about PCOS and the different people she saw for it, at least she's doing something about her health issues.
who gives a flying fuck if a specialist prescribed rachel those meals? she shouldnt be advertising them to young impressionable audiences who don't know how to follow a keto diet directly. its something that requires doctor supervision. you cant just half ass a keto diet, or you'll cause long term metabolic damage.

Don't know if you're aware, but you don't actually have to watch anything. But go ahead and feel sick if you feel the need to keep watching her videos.

I dont watch her meal prep anymore because of how foul it is. But keep telling yourself sausages and eggs cooked in animal lard is healthy. Theres a reason you got PCOS in the first place.

Look, I dislike Rachel as much as you all do but there's a tonne of research out about keto and if done correctly it's not a terrible diet - everyone has their own opinions of what is healthy and what isn't.

I started keto at the start of this week and even when eating "high fat" - I'm struggling to get more than 60g per day, the saturated fat content is still pretty low (10g) a day. You have to remember that on keto your whole energy source is from fat, not carbs so you MUST eat high fat otherwise you'll end up sick.

In any case, Rachel needs to be careful about the way she promotes this diet. As someone said before, if it's not done correctly it's not great for your body at all. She should be taking the time to educate people properly before she starts her meal prep videos so that people don't just start blindly copying her.

I can't believe how little definition she has everywhere other than her stomach. She seems really weak for someone who works out so much.

1st time post in this thread=)

her videos were suggested to me several times and I watched a few. My first thought is that her body is not as toned & defined as other fit youtubers I watch (Whitney for example). She just seems skinny with some abs. But I think it's quite easy for skinny ppl to get abs. I have friends who are skinny and barely work out at all but have abs. Not sure what's her deal. I'm doing massive catch up here.
