BIGGEST BUMP/ZIT/WHO EVEN KNOWS?! On my face. HELP

I know this is probably really dumb and disgusting but I need some serious help with this, and if I can't figure out a remedy, I'll go see a dermatologist.

Here's the deal, I have to bumps on my face, one in the center of my forehead, and another on the side of my nose, right under the front of my eyebrow, if that makes sense. I've had these stupid things for about a year.
When I first got them I thought that they were zits and they'd come to a head and id be able to pop them or whatever and they go away. I was wrong. They never came to a head. They're just like raised bumps. Sometimes they're red, sometimes they're the same color as the rest of my face. Heres where it gets really gross, I can push on them and stuff will come out, and they bleed. Then they scab over and I try not to mess with them but they are constantly inflamed and raised. They WILL not go down. They're like little pea sized knots under my skin.
I don't know if it was a clogged pore at one point, I don't know. I really have NO clue.

Those almost sound like il cysts or cystic acne, i've had a few times the same thing. Like on my forehead and it feels to be in so deep that you ouldnt even pop them and it's like... TOO SOLID. oh god i sound gross, but yea I'd say try some tea tree oil (helped me w the redness at some points when it turned into almost a normal-ish zit lol) and seriously if it's been a year like this... maybe seeing a specialist would be the safest call? I got meds for my acne and since then i never rly got these hell raisers but good luck

Can you see a skin doctor? They might be cysts that need to be drained. If they're too deep then maybe when you pop them you aren't getting everything out, hence the scabbing over and coming back!
