I think it came out in a special collection. I bought it at a TJ Maxx so maybe I got lucky. And I actually found out the Essence polish is even worse, so don't try it lol. And I'm with you I'm so ready for spring.

OPI Dulce de Leche, one of only two OPI nail polishes I own. It's a lovely brownish-pink, great for work.

That scar on my left thumb is from a botched depotting attempt, in case anyone was wondering.
