Is he really planning on using that Squiggles design on shirts? Really? You've got to be kidding me, the coloring on this picture is absolutely atrocious. There are multiple spots where the colors goes through the lines, like on her chin and the arm going straight down, and it looks super unprofessional. Not to mention how thin and sketchy the lines are. Sketchy lines would be fine for an art print, but horrendous on a T-shirt, it wouldn't get printed properly.

I'm lost where did he say that he was going to start selling the shirts. the only thing I see that he tweeted was thanks for the custom squiggles t-shirt. Nowhere did I see him say that he was going to have them mass produced and sold!!

I've been silent about that design because I've seen similar. This one closely resembles the face, hair, arm, and body on the Squiggles design. There's a lot more than just one if you search for them on Google.

ETA: I laughed when I realized they went for the Ariel design. Probably because Charles called Allie a mermaid.

Well, he shouldn't.
It's not original artwork. I've seen that girls Twitter and some of her drawings are copies or slightly changed versions of Tim Shumate Illustrations.

She's selling them herself with the ripped off design. One day, people are going to get a lawsuit to their face and wonder what hit them.

Do you think the thing you posted comparing it too of Ariel presents legal challenge? I think I disagree on how likely it is you could actually legally prove anything there.

It was created by an individual artist. The face, arm, body, and hair are completely similar. The arm which holds the lemonade has been changed.
She also has knock-off drawings on her Twitter which are copied or slightly altered from his Illustrations. Ripping off someone's artwork is a no-no. Especially since she has also been selling it for profit. It'll make a small civil case if the original artist wants to escalate it to that point.

Overlapping the images? If it was entirely free handed, it wouldn't match up exactly. That image was watermarked with "2010" - it's now 2014.

It seems like the girl who drew the drawing is the one who asked people if they wanted her to sell the shirt. Charles just wanted him and Allie to have one for themselves to be that couple who wear matching shirts. They also seem to want a Marley one. If Charles ever considers to start selling a on of this girl's design it's going to probably be the Marley one. Charles doesn't think things through but I hope even he knows it's probably not a good idea to have a Squiggles shirt any time soon.

Today's Vlog in Review:

· Golf cart ride attempt. It won't even move.
· Quick walk with the dogs.
· Charles makes a juicing concoction for himself.
· Marley and Zoey swimming time.
· Charles says the viewers have given him an idea on how to fix the golf cart.
· Looking for distilled water at the grocery store. Gets a ride home from Marlene. (Charles' mother)
· Charles is trying to fix the golf cart. Uses the onion goggles for safety. Asks for a "man card" - achievement unlocked.. his "man card" is back.
· Washes down the golf cart for the first time.
· Allie does a back bend. Charles attempted and failed.
· Charles cooks dinner - sesame chicken.
· Saving a frog from the pinball room.
· Toodles.

OT: Touring- in previous thread someone said that Lindsey said there are no tours in the near future. I believe that Travis is pushing Fall tour,that he spoke about months ago, to late winter/Spring due to his wedding. I don't think it has to do with Charles's health. We all know it's all about Travis. I'm sure he would replace Charles in a heartbeat if he couldn't tour. Especially now that Charles is losing subs and views. As you can tell I'm not a Travis fan, talk about self absorbed, self important! He annoys the hell out of me. Charles I accept as a man child and forgive his transgressions due to his illness and shortened life span. Who cares who did what,when,how. When faced with his prognosis his main life goal should be happiness, let him be selfish. Also the fact that I was never a big Alli Speed fan helps,lol! Thanks for letting me vent I don't expect you to agree, that's fine. That's what this site is about.
