Do you guys seriously think that's how much she eats? She probably doesn't want people criticizing her for the amount of food she really eats so she tries to make it look like she has less. Except she doesn't realize it looks ridiculous.

I have so much to say about this Lunch Ideas video. First, all of these lunches are not only small, but made up entirely of snack foods. Shredded carrots, hummus, and chocolate chips are not meant to be eaten alone; they're not even sides, they're complements made to add flavor and texture to foods. Next, who the hell eats only two grape tomatoes? Who the hell makes a wrap out of turkey instead of a tortilla (especially for lunch)? Another thing, the non-melted cheese for the mini pizzas gives me the heebie-jeebies. Finally hard boiled eggs and tuna salad are not good for school because they STINK TO HIGH HEAVENS. Unless you want the other kids to glare at you during lunch, don't take smelly food.

I'm sure she eats more than that. In her vlog, when she's at McDonald's she says something about her small portion and her Dad's big portions. I think she's just self-conscious about what/how much she shows. Even though she consumes milkshakes/iced coffee every day. Or, she wants to be precived as tiny/small. I actually think she has a nice figure. I'm 5'3" 125 lbs and for my height and weight I feel fluffy. She has a nice figure in my opinion.
