Running / Walking Shoe Preferences

Post by Bambam »

What type of shoes do you prefer to wear if you are on your feet all day or walking around for extended periods of time?

I used to wear Nike Free Run 3's to work and they were super compfy, but the colours I had were not really work appropriate. I've now switched to Skechers Go Run's and they are wonderful.

Are there any other types of shoes you would recommend?

I recommend Brooks. I run cross country in them and never got blisters on my heels. They have gel cushioning in them with a lighter feel then Asics. Miles are actually not good for support. I run in the Ghost 5 and love them.

honestly, all nike running shoes are appealing and comfortable at first, but lose their shape real fast. I suggest looking into new balance or asics. though these shoes would be slightly heavier than nike free runs. most comfortable shoe i've ever worn, though i don't suggest working in them, are nike roshe runs. it's like walking on clouds!
