God, I was so pissed at that. She can make herself the "one serving size" of pasta and make Stephen a regular amount. On top of that, I thought she'd at least make her own sauce - it's just chopped tomatoes, sautéed onions, garlic, pepper and some herbs maybe. Could have added carrots and maybe vegetarian mince meat to have some protein. Instead she probably dumped the pasta into unsalted boiling water and added the red sauce she heated up. I'm surprised she didn't heat it up in the microwave.ChesterCheeto wrote: ↑Sat Oct 05, 2019 7:17 pmRe: the pasta in the serving size video: I know it was for a video, and I’m not trying to enforce traditional gender roles at all- but I cannot imagine being Stephen, coming home from a long day at work to a small bowl of plain pasta. No veggies or vegetarian meat in the sauce, or cheese. Again, I know it was for a video but he looks so done with her shit

I have not watched the video yet, but she could have easily put some Gardein beefless ground on the stove and cooked it. That is typically what I put in my pasta as its cooking time is pretty similar to pasta. And it would have been one more thing she could detail in the video.ChesterCheeto wrote: ↑Sat Oct 05, 2019 7:17 pmRe: the pasta in the serving size video: I know it was for a video, and I’m not trying to enforce traditional gender roles at all- but I cannot imagine being Stephen, coming home from a long day at work to a small bowl of plain pasta. Yeah just because she wants to get fat off of carbs doesn’t mean her husband should have to face the same fatePikchu_Parade wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 3:56 amI have not watched the video yet, but she could have easily put some Gardein beefless ground on the stove and cooked it. I posted a comment about how intuitive eating isn’t for everyone because for some people (myself included) it leads to significant weight gain. Wouldn’t you know that comment is *poof* gone when I look on incognito mode.
She can moderate her comments however she wants, but I can’t respect someone who censors anyone with an opinion that doesn’t 100% fit their narrative. I unsubscribed a few weeks ago and now I think I’m done watching entirely.

I think for her intuitive eating is just “I eat what I want when I want, whether it be a whole bag of Cheetos or a whole bottle of ketchup.” Whereas intuitive eating for a healthier person would be eating healthful foods that give you good, long-lasting energy and moderating portions based on what you feel you need at the time.AnnieT2 wrote: ↑ I posted a comment about how intuitive eating isn’t for everyone because for some people (myself included) it leads to significant weight gain. I know her clothes all fit in weird ways, but can someone tell me what's going on with her torso in this picture?
