Way back an indian affiliate started posting on her IG posts that Gary/Providr never paid him the $800 he was owed.

I think they are keeping any lawsuits against Providr (Gary Lipovetsky) out of the news, I bet there are lawsuits against Providr and still ongoing probably.
All his (Gary Lipovetsky) former companies were a scam not only Providr and Dealfind.

I read the Snopes article above, you both see them and yes Valeria Lipovetsky is affiliated with him.
His money is hers from day 1 (when she was 19).
Long story short, Gary Lipovetsky (owner/CEO of Providr) cheated and hurt the publisher’s trust and eventually ran away with their money.
So yes, Gary Lipovetsky is a scammer.
