I really can’t see Carrie being able to run a whole marathon when her only other running experience up to this point has been much shorter distances.

I don’t think she appreciates how hard it is actually going to be on her physically and mentally.

That being said I do want her to prove me wrong and actually do it. I want her to actually put the effort in and succeed.

Surely it’s not normal behaviour for a 27 (?) year old to post this Disney/patronising/cartoon crap multiple times a day. Does she have any idea how boring she is?

I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with these. There’s one actress/dancer I follow who was hilarious doing this stuff and she ended up saving then as a highlight because so many people messaged her wanting to see them again. It works for her because of her reaction. Carrie’s reaction is just the same again and again which gets boring. She’s also doing it waaaaay more than anybody else I follow so I’ve started skipping them now.

The only person I was aware of (until someone mentioned a few pages previously) to have successfully ran a marathon and done an 8 show week starting the same day is Cynthia Erivo and...well, anyone who follows her knows she trains like a demon and is ripped as hell. Given how long Carrie took to train for the 10k, running a marathon is.....unsustainable

Welp, it looks like Carrie is FINALLY going to go to another Disney.
I saw a video of Carrie on Heathers and holy dam, in theory I knew she was a bad actress but seeing it is shocking. She doesn’t have versatility at all. It was like watching her videos of Wednesday all over away except to the music of Heathers, weird facial expression and all that.

The thing is called Voices of the West End and it's a concert so I think it's just West End stars singing songs, I would guess from roles they've played and also others. I guess singing Eponine songs is playing Eponine but I don't think it's the whole show.

I can't find much about Voices of West End in English but I think it's just a concert. I think she'll sing a mixture of songs from roles she's played.

That announcement was basically just giving some back story about who she is and what roles she has done.

I have a feeling she is going to post and talk like she is the only person who has ever run ever, and it will be very annoying, but it's hard to be too mad at her for doing something that is going to be very hard for her. When I started running it was all I wanted to talk about too.

I don't think anyone's making fun of her for the act of running; people are making fun of her for 1. having no concept of the difficulty of a marathon (there's no shame in starting with a half); 2. going against doctor's advice; and 3. for the attention seeking (posting about it constantly, running a marathon in her pants again).

Agreed. Plus the sweaty pics with her eyes closed. We really don’t need them on a daily basis.
