I haven’t watched all of her organisational 2020 video but it seems like she’s stopped doing her bullet journal? That seemed like a massive waste of time that could be 1000x quicker in a program like Excel.

I wish she would STOP posting "City Guides". You can't call your blog post/video about what you did/ate a "guide" after going to a place 1-2 times and do a lot of the same touristy shit that everyone else knows how to Google or read about on TripAdvisor, or when you stay in fancy resorts or hotels. Call it an itinerary, call it a "what we did", call it "__ days in ___", but STOP trying to become this weird voice of authority on every single place you visit. It is so pretentious and frankly shows how much money she has to throw at everything versus giving actual useful information such as searching for unsung neighborhood favorites or traveling on a budget. I'm not listening to shit from a woman who ate at Nobu in Malibu (an international chain) so they could have a "Parks and Rec" moment, even if that is my favorite show. What a cliché.

I loathe when bloggers/influencers do this. Especially since prior to the trip, they outsource everything to their 'fans' to do the work for them. "Heading to _____ next week, what are some must-visit places?" Fuck off, do your own research - instead, they crowdsource and then package it up and spew it back to us in a "definitive" city guide afterwards.

i can't believe she showed a video of her 10 years ago and said she had no eyebrows??? her eyebrows were not even thin back then AT ALL they just weren't completely taking over her face. i have naturally bushy eyebrows as well, and she could definitely embrace her brows while still doing small steps to trim them and flatter her face.

ugh I do like Anna but the brows are killing me. She looked so lovely with the thinner ones. If she's insisting on bushy, why not go thinner but bushy/unkempt, if that makes sense. Show your followers that you can adapt trends but still be mindful of what's flattering for each individual.

Finally something a bit different from the usual rotation of Faves, Bon Appetit rip offs, & ‘style’ content. But good lord the waste she created by making that video—purchasing so many products that she’ll never use again! Hopefully everything will be re-homed, but surely she could’ve shopped around her friends & borrowed what they already had? It just goes to show that any ‘sustainability’ rhetoric is purely for the clicks & targeting the trending buzzwords, rather than any sort of internalisation of what she’s spewing. I’m a far cry from being sustainable in my life, but anyone with even an inkling of the current environmental & consumption crisis would see this type of purchasing as a big-ass bold line in the sand!

I think they would be fine if she either trimmed the front sections a little or at least didn't brush/gel them STRAIGHT up. the spikiness on the thicker section is what makes me go ??? but otherwise the arch and outer tail bit look totally fine to me

Haven't watched it and probably won't, but I'm guessing it's another seasonal haul which she thinks makes it a capsule wardrobe. She has NEVER understood the difference and has based her entire brand of The Anna Edit on this. I will definitely not watch her haul of bland, over-priced "pieces" that she swears she will get so much wear out of. At this point I only watch her cooking vids and not-sponsored vlogs.

yes God forbid she wears a shimmery neutral eyeshadow. she made mac's all that glitters seem like the craziest color. she would have never done that colour series if katie jane hughes hadn't done it and its not something she would actually keep up with if it wasn't for yt.
