Exercise Bulimia

Michele has gotten ctazy into worrking out. She does it almost every day and to the point of obsession She is getting so small, she is starting to fit into the kids clothes at Target. She had a shoulder injury, because of her crazy bad form with hand weights, no doubt-and just got a cortisone shot and kept right on going. She obsesses anout food, ate a dessert snd ssid she was going to work out the next day even though she planned on taking it iff, to burn off the calories.This is a sign of exercise bulimia. She recently worked out to the point that her legs were shaking and she couldn’t even stand up. It’s crazy (and sad) to watch!
