My guess is that she's getting "unprofessional" resumes because her applicants are either 15 year old delusional fangirls who think marissa is goalzzzz, or people who are just as uneducated as she is and doing nothing with their lives. No one in their right mind who is legitimately searching for an internship and who actually wants to get some good work experience is going to apply to her. It's not even a real company for chrissakes. Her level of delusion continues to amaze me.

How much experience does someone really need to fetch your Starbucks and place crystals in bubble wrap?! You are not a big enough company to need more than basic experience. She is delusional if she thinks that anyone with any actual skills would be applying to work for her make shift living room business that her grandma has been running for her for the past month. Also I bet they are more skilled and experienced than she is so what is she expecting. I bet if the people aren't falling at her feet that this would be all they want and need in life she doesn't think they qualify. She's a joke!!!

i love how she feels she's the most qualified to give resume and cover letter advice when she's a college dropout who talks about her HIGH SCHOOL (6+ yrs ago??) business classes and has never needed to write a cover letter in her life??? I'll admit, youtubers have business savvy--it's hard to be successful without knowing how to grow and engage an audience, but so many of the youtubers (and marissa, judging by the lack of grammar and sentence structure on her crystal site) have zero writing skills (because they haven't had those college courses that build strong writing skills) but i digress. I'll stick to listening to what my college career center and professors tell me about professional documents, thanks mariss

Can someone enlighten me on any jobs that Marissa has held? Maybe I am drawing a blank, but I am pretty sure she is the last one to give advice. Especially since she uses unicorn & heart emojis, as well as "lol" and "haha" to reply to people on her business social media.

If she would like to post an actual ad, how about LinkedIn or something? Oh that's right, that's for real businesses.
