I’ve always thought it looks like because of botox and fillers and drugs and alcohol her facial muscles including her mouth and lips get, like, stuck or jammed and she has to make an enormous effort to un-stuck them to continue speaking and moving her face, so when the muscle or nerve, whatever it is, gets un-stuck or un-jammed the movement accelerates at the speed of the effort she is putting to un-jam her muscle , and that’s how those twitches happen. Sorry English isn’t my first language and I’m tired so I’m being very lazy with my word choices
