Just very your email address and put your phone number/verufy it as well so the ogre wont be able to report the account as a scam account or bullying purposes. Yeah its ok to tag it but not to tag it directly or say ´nasty things about the user name´ just use the hashtag and say buy it in amazon for less.
I would change the username a lil bit too, like buy4less or savemoremoney or some other less agressive username. Just to avoid being blocked from IG.
