The dress could have been saved on a taller body, with a tight moto jacket, all rough and edgy like Zoe kravitz ( who is also tiny ) would style it. On her? She looked like Miss Havishm in a dress too long, a cardigan too loose and long and hair too fried.

I really do think Chels is the Beverly Hills and party connection for Alex. She's dating a working actor if you do some clicking around on Insta.
