I might be wrong as I havent seen a garden, think these are 3D mock ups of the design of the place she is staying in, like I said. It includes the ceiling and walls, I would only state that the floor plan is the same. We will see.

I could have sworn I saw a garden through the windows on her insta stories, but now I'm doubting myself! And where did she sit outside in her swimsuit to sunbathe? I guess she probably has a balcony...

I personally don't think her apartment looks anything like the one in Elephant & Castle. Here is the listing on Rightmove for those apartments though... they're going for £3,750,000

This might be moot now, but that building has an ambassador scheme. This is pure speculation, but I wonder if Estee might be part of that program or one like it at another building? (I just saw on Twitter that not all the ambassadors are in the photo on the building's Instagram.) It reminds me of the thing Tavi Gevinson does with the building she moved into in Brooklyn a year or so ago, where her rent is discounted because she promotes the building on Instagram. Not sure if that's how this building's ambassador program works. But I guess if Estee starts tagging her photos to an apartment building location/name, we'll know. I'm honestly surprised we don't see more of this among "influencers"—it's a great deal for them, the only drawback is that necessitates that you let people know where you live.

Okay if you go watch her "HOME" collection in the archive of her Instagram stories, you can clearly see wet paving slabs outside the windows.

Edited to add - I think you can see the reflection of railings on the wet ground, so this could just be the floor of a balcony.
