Trust me, Rat would never make it in real estate not even 1 week. I have a lot of family and friends who are Realtors. Contrary to popular belief here, it's actually quite a tough career and very few actually thrive at it unless mommy or daddy were also in the business and share their client base with you. It's not merely driving around looking at houses at all like you see on HGTV. 95% of your time is spent prospecting and marketing yourself trying to find buyers & sellers, and also doing tons of paperwork writing and scrutinizing legal contracts. Rat does not have the skills, education, or work ethic to do that whatsoever. Bullshitters like him actually don't last long in that field. Also in real estate you don't get a regular paycheck or salary. You work on commission and only get paid when you actually close a sale successfully and nearly half of that goes straight to your managing broker's pocket. You only get out of it what you put into it. And Smeg and rat don't put full effort into anything they do.

Why is she so naive to the fact that her husband is mentally and emotionally abusive. H treats her like crap and acts like everything she says is dumb. Then he needs to be rewarded for telling his wife she is pretty and taking her to dinner.
