Just had a weird "prediction". Unpopular opinion coming in.

If she experiences pregnancy euphoria or heightened serotonin throughout her pregnancy, she could be a good mom to her kid. The boost to her mood could help her form a healthy attachment to the baby. If she's able to feel happy as a pregnant woman and new mom, she might even see Anthony as we see him.

I know it's weird and made up science. I thought if she got pregnant she might experience post partum depression. But she might just surprise us and be maternal to her own child/children beyond our expectations.

I'm not advocating that pregnancy cures depression or mental illness.

Interesting perspective but I’m not sure her decreased serotonin leads to inability to see unhealthy relationships.

I think if that was the case she would’ve seen a lot more clearly when she was on an SSRI. Think of that as a “trial run” if you will.... she was no more productive/motherly.

I love neuroscience though

I meant that if she's focused on nurturing and raising her baby, she might feel a heightened sense of protecting herself and the baby from harm. Even if the threat is only a nuisance (like Anthony mocking her in front of the baby), she might feel it's best to stop him to keep the baby safe. That and Anthony's childish behavior won't be so tolerable when she has an actual child to care for if she they have a kid.

I know this is not likely but I hope something changes for her to see the light before they have a baby

I hope she does see the light before having a baby with that man child but I just don’t think it’ll ever happen. To me it’s coming out in the recent videos how controlling he’s getting and she looked quite sad on the beach swing in her honeymoon vlog like she just wanted to be left alone.

That was the most cringe honeymoon vlog I've ever watched. Also drunk Meg is such a try hard. But we all knew that. I wouldn't want to have that kind of honeymoon where we have to hang out with other couples throughout most of the trip. What kind of honeymoon is that? Anthony clearly didn't want to spend a lot of time alone with Meg. He seemed so happy because he was hanging out with other people and boozed up too. On the bus they didn't even sit next to each other!!! Of course he decided to sit next to another girl and not his own wife. Don't even get me started on that little twerk she tried to do.. WTF was that?? And that tour guide dude was obviously a creep.

There is no way this girl won't have ppd, whether she actually does or reality sets in and she claims to without seeing a doctor, it's inevitable. She's going to hate having to deal with a new born, she does so little now and already gets stressed out all the time. And it's not like Anthony will be a big help. She doesn't even seem interested in kids when she's around other peoples, kids are just the next step in the standard life plan and she can't be excited about the present and is always looking to the next thing to fulfill her.

I know in the UK you’re not allowed to use your phone while driving or drive without care and attention. Does the same apply in the US? If I was Maria I’d have reported that she doesn’t pay attention when driving especially with Bella in the car?

Here in Canada if you get caught on your phone or even look at it it's a huge fine. I believe they bumped up from $250 to $500 now.

Oh it’s illegal in NJ. First offense is $200-$400. She’s just been extremely lucky. They don’t need an additional reason to pull you over either (seatbelt, tail light etc.) the cellphone use is enough.

There was a previous thread name titled “MegLEIGHvesherpadsallover” (suppose to be meant like Meg leaves but was a diff way to spell it to incorporate her middle name), but a lot of us on first read didn’t make the correlation so it looked like vesher pads in the title and a lot of us were confused too wondering what the hell a vesher pad was, at this point it’s just become a running joke here plus in her bachelorette trip pics to the beach w her sister and bridesmaids, the crotch area of her white bathing suit looked like she was wearing a pad. As well as there’s a family vaca vlog she put up awhile back where Rat is in the background having to clean up after her and is holding a pair of her bikini bottoms w the crotch facing out and it appeared to be stained w blood... and she left that part in the vlog! Lol

I don't know about every state but in New Jersey where she is, you can't be on your phone while driving.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure they’d have to pull you over. You can call in distracted drivers with the description of the car (license plate if you got it) and general location of where they are. But unless someone lived near her or knew on her IG etc., where it was happening it wouldn’t work.
