Qualities that you expect from Guru

So, we all see every day new Gurus spamming on Instagram, popping out like mushrooms after rainy days. But I wonder, what makes you follow someone, and adore him or her. For example, I will follow someone on Instagram much more easily than read someone's blog every day. That person has to be charismatic, write quality stuff, and have some character characteristics that I like in order for me to engage with that content. Unless I'm buying something and I need a quick review than I usually just care about quality. I wonder, what people would you follow and why?
