Brooklyn and Bailey
Re: Brooklyn and Bailey
Also update: I have now posted 3 one star reviews on their mascara page. None of them have showed up. They filter out any review that is less than 5 stars. Wow.

I was confused too. They are back at school though right? So are they building a house just to live in while at school???Purplepandas wrote: ↑Wed Apr 24, 2019 2:41 pmAre they moving again? Brooklyn posted an insta story and i think she mentioned seeing their house being built.

Re: Brooklyn and Bailey
Bailey's started a pinterest board that seems like it's for her own room, so i don't think this is too much of a stretch. Unless their family is moving closer to Baylor which is definitely something I could see them doing... But with CGH doing so poorly, I feel like the family would be downsizing instead of upgrading.abilee4072 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 24, 2019 3:21 pmI was confused too. They are back at school though right? Re: Brooklyn and Bailey
Idk, I feel like i remember one of the twins saying they were moving on their own next year. What if they are building the house and the McKnights will just use it when the twins have visitors, and it also sounds like Kamri might be attending Baylor soon too. Plus if any of the other kids decide to go they will have the house as well. I do think it is an odd idea if it is true, but i can see what i just stated as their reasons for doing it.CosetteKDestler wrote: ↑Wed Apr 24, 2019 6:28 pmBailey's started a pinterest board that seems like it's for her own room, so i don't think this is too much of a stretch. Re: Brooklyn and Bailey
It's not an uncommon practice for parents to purchase a house near where their children are attending school for them to live in. The idea is that once their child graduates they can rent out the house or individual rooms to students who don't want to live on campus. I knew a family who did this and I lived in a situation like this myself where it was a 4 bedroom house and each of us girls rented a room(the landlord and her husband originally bought their house for their son and his friends to live in while they were attending school).
That is if they are building/buying near Baylor.

Re: Brooklyn and Bailey
That's insane! I've never heard of anyone doing that before, and I go to a private school with the majority of students being from out of state. I know several people whose parents are footing the bill on their swank downtown apartments, but I don't think I've heard of anyone actually owning property! I couldn't even imagine.KittyKax wrote: ↑Wed Apr 24, 2019 9:27 pmIt's not an uncommon practice for parents to purchase a house near where their children are attending school for them to live in. Re: Brooklyn and Bailey
This wouldn't make sense, though, as they live in an upper class new development are right now, and Baylor's area is known to be quiet bad and not the safest area. Moving closer to B&B (who are leaving Baylor in two years) would be a bad choice.CosetteKDestler wrote: ↑Wed Apr 24, 2019 6:28 pmBailey's started a pinterest board that seems like it's for her own room, so i don't think this is too much of a stretch. Re: Brooklyn and Bailey
Well if you think about it, it's kind of a smart real estate investment. There will always be students going to whatever school you buy near, so you'll always have tenants.wastelandbabey wrote: ↑Thu Apr 25, 2019 5:47 pmThat's insane! Personally, I don't think she does particularly, and is a hell of a lot less showy than other college girls her age.Lolitta loves wrote: ↑Sat Apr 27, 2019 12:58 pmHas anyone else noticed how much Brooklyn likes to show her boobs

Didn't he confirm some time ago he would be going to Baylor? If B&B do live in a house off campus, I wonder if Asa would live with them if he does go to Baylor.

Re: Brooklyn and Bailey
100% agree with most of this. I live in a well known historic city in the South and the downtown portion is entirely consumed by our college campus, touristy areas and the surrounding houses. Often historic houses are left to crumble and parents will find something to fix up and then rent it out to students who don't necessarily expect/can't afford granite countertops and walk-in closets, like most apartment developments have around here.KittyKax wrote: ↑Thu Apr 25, 2019 11:04 pmWell if you think about it, it's kind of a smart real estate investment. I'm both shocked and not shocked about the building of the house. I'd assume that because Brooklyn and Bailey are the eldest, their college decision will filter down and most of the other kids will follow in their footsteps. Building a house is simply a prime financial decision to lessen the costs of the other kids when it comes to a living situation and they will probably profit off of Asa as well. Not to mention any other boyfriend they can potentially poach to fill a room. I hope the trend doesn't consume Kamri. I know Baylor is a fine school and all, but I think she might actually have creative talent and could thrive elsewhere, like NYU or even somewhere in LA.

Kamri will likely be going pre-med or in a science like neuro so Baylor is a good school for that. But I agree, I think she has the grades to get into amazing schools for what she wants to do and I hope she doesn't just choose Baylor because the twins go there.youtube_obsessed843 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 28, 2019 7:31 pm100% agree with most of this. Re: Brooklyn and Bailey
I really have my doubts about that for Kamri. B&B had been saying what they wanted to do in life since back in the CGH days when Mindy would just talk or blog about them. Their answers were consistent from 8-17. They wanted to either do teaching, nursing, or psychiatry. And it was reiterated many times. Then suddenly senior year they decide business. It sounded like someone really influenced them to continue their brand and get something that could contribute to growing it.bluetacomacalifornia wrote: ↑Sun Apr 28, 2019 9:19 pmKamri will likely be going pre-med or in a science like neuro so Baylor is a good school for that. I think Kamri will go the same business path. Plus premed is no joke. She would really not have time to do YT and miss a week of school for Fiji. She'd need to seriously decide what her priorities are before proceeding.

Re: Brooklyn and Bailey
People in my college town did this.I know plenty of kid's who's parents bought old-ish houses, cleaned them up a bit, and then rented them to their kids/other students. It is a smart investment usually, and you can even make your money back in a few years.youtube_obsessed843 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 28, 2019 7:31 pm100% agree with most of this. Also a good way to for parents to control their kids a bit more!
