the book painting thing is just so disturbing to me.....not all books are educational but it still is something that translates about human wisdom and such.....
i guess she just doesn't have an ounce of refinement in her to paint them....just like her brain - EMPTY

Did she lengthen/photoshop her foot on the original shot? Why is her big toe so long and nail so tiny? Her big toe nail looks clubbed?

She probably has. She photoshops everything else, so why not her foot.
She should have added a nail to her little pinky while she was at it! lol
