I am assuming she can’t be moving far if she is still going to be fostering dogs? Maybe her parents bought her an apartment or they are moving to Seattle too? She said it all happened when her mom was in town.

Has she even been in her current place for a year?

I don't get it. Why does she put a random stripe of contour/bronzer/blush across her cheek?? She makes no attempt to blend it out or make it look semi-normal (how bout bringing that bronzer onto your temples for once??). I don't get it.

Arna Alayne recently did a video where she breaks typically "beauty guru" rules and the entire time I was watching it I thought of Taylor. Arna basically lists all the common things we see on youtube and says that most people do all these things, but don't know why they're doing them. Stuff like a full face of full coverage foundation, tonnes of concealer under the eyes, powder everywhere, contouring, only putting matte eyeshadow in the crease. It was basically everything Taylor does. Arna also pointed out that many youtubers learn how to do their makeup based on other youtubers, which explains why most of them are all doing the same damn things. It's a video Taylor needs to watch, if only just to mix up her routine for a change. The constant cakeface slathered with concealer and thrown together eyeshadow tutorials are getting really repetitive and mundane.

^ Think of all the new content she could have if she started challenging herself with different (lighter, more natural...) makeup styles? Plus it's getting hot AF in Seattle, a pancake face with zero sun protection is just dumb on her part.

I loved Arna's video, basically just another reason she's so underrated. If you liked that video you should also watch "Makeup Rules In The Beauty Community" by palegirlchic (she was a rec by Arna!) and "Age Won't Stop Me" by Angelica Nyqvist. These aren't tutorials but very good and positive discussions about how no one should feel pressure to follow rules in the beauty community.

That’s sad about her grandma, it’s never easy to lose someone, especially unexpectedly. That stress and grief can definitely add to her migraines, which is what I’m assuming she’s talking about when she says she had a bad health week. As far as that goes though.... I’m not sure I totally understand. I’ve probably mentioned this in a past thread, but I have chronic migraines as well, and have had them since I was a kid. I’m talking like, at least 5 out of 7 days of the week. Ones that, most of the time, leave me nauseous and vomiting. But I still work through them and get my work done (unless it’s really, really bad...but I can usually take it). I’m not saying people SHOULD have to work through that kind of pain all the time and shouldn’t rest but like... when she gets a migraine she doesn’t do anything until it goes away. Luckily she’s in a position where that’s fairly easy to do, but it always makes me wonder how bad they actually are. Can you really not film?? The biggest problem with that to me would be staring at her bright ass lights, to which I would try filming in natural lighting or something. Taylor seems like one of those people that shut down if they don’t feel 100% and think that to function, you have to feel perfectly fine. I wish us peasants could do the same

She didn't say, but she said she'll make another video about it soon.

It must be nice to have the money to up and move as often as she does.

The way she says “palette” is so annoying. It’s like she says “pellet”

Does she not take sumatriptan? You'd think she would take something like that if she gets them as often as she says she does.

She doesn’t trust her dermatologist. What makes you think she would trust a neuro or other specialist?

If CYO Lifeproof is so perfect, why even bother with other foundations? And if it is so perfect, why does she need to mix it with everything?

I wouldn't think that. One prescription of sumatriptan = 9 doses. Same with rizatriptan, which I take for my migraines. You can only take 3 doses per 24 hours. The bottle says to take it at the onset of migraine, but I usually wait and see before taking a Maxalt because I don't want to waste a dose. It also makes me feel like smeared shit. The next day I often feel kinda hungover. Long story short, I'm not surprised that Taylor isn't popping sumatriptan every time she gets a migraine.
