From what I heard and gathered from her SM is that she has a child from a previous marriage which didnt work out because she got married at a young age and the guy she married was from here and it just didnt work between the 2 of them because of the significant age gap and the fact that she was still young. So she fell pregnant by the first husband and has a 10 year old daughter, which her hubby Zain knows about too. She also has a boy with him too. That's the basics I know. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong
