PMD for acne scarring?

So many youtubers swear by the PMD but has anybody irl actually tried it? I have problems with acne scarring on my cheeks from a breakout caused by a bronzer I was using. Or does anyone have any other product recommendations?

Honestly I wouldn't invest in something as pimped out by YT gurus as the PMD.
I have pretty bad acne scarring as well, and I use a Retin-A (retinoic acid) cream to help resurface the skin. But I think that in the US they are by prescription. Every now and then I'll do a lactic acid peel as well. Scarring has definitely improved

as a cosmetologist, I wouldn't get the PMD..I would go see someone and see what they recommend you to do/ products to get! If you don't use the PMD correctly it could damage the skin worse
