I agree! Get your blood checked. my mom had the same problem and found out she had low iron. she was surprised because that's not something that happens to her. but she feels like herself again after starting an iron supplement.

I personally have no trouble falling asleep but wake up after less than 4 hours sleep every night, and then wake up every hour or just not be able to fall asleep at all. So I am considering The Energy Blueprint Sleep Supplements . Gonna give a try to Magnesium , so will see how it works
