I am getting 7-10 hours of sleep every night but I am still exhausted. Any tips?

Wish I could get 7-10 hours sleep, well I probably could if I put my phone down lol.

Have you had your iron levels checked? You might be low on iron.

I agree! Get your blood checked. my mom had the same problem and found out she had low iron. she was surprised because that's not something that happens to her. but she feels like herself again after starting an iron supplement.

For example, you can try to take a warm bath before bedtime. Also, you have to exclude caffeine or alcohol, drink only a warm drink without caffeine (herbal tea or milk). It's better to go to bed at the same time every night. And make sure that your mattress and pillows are comfortable. By the way, you can find a lot of reviews of different mattresses on Sleepissimple

I personally have no trouble falling asleep but wake up after less than 4 hours sleep every night, and then wake up every hour or just not be able to fall asleep at all. So I am considering The Energy Blueprint Sleep Supplements . Gonna give a try to Magnesium , so will see how it works
