It depends on the sentence. Something like "Me and Anna are really excited to interview Caroline" is incorrect. But "Caroline was really sweet to Anna and me" is correct. You have to take the second name out of the sentence and see if you would use the "I" or the "me" on its own.

"Anna and me" (which is used correctly in your example) is different from "Me and Anna" which is grammatically incorrect. (I have an MA (Hons) iin English). "Me and Anna" is never right.
