Re: LearningtobeaHamPlanet - Part 40
That workout was sad. I only say that because she has had personal trainers and knows (or should know) how to move properly after so many years of dieting and exercising, but she looked unsure and uncomfortable. Her squats were a joke, really.
This workout video ( brief and starts at 18:45 seconds or so) shows what an incredible difference a year or so made to her body and mobility.

Re: LearningtobeaHamPlanet - Part 40
I think her workouts are great! I'm smaller and use 3 pound weights so that I am able to have greater endurance (and also because I'm too cheap to buy more weights). I think she's doing the workouts perfectly for her size and abilities. Working out for weightloss shouldn't be too intense or strenuous because then you're more likely to stop doing it.
She also shouldn't cut her diet too drastically since she has a history of binge-eating. When you restrict that much, you're pretty much guaranteeing a binge relapse. She should maybe aim for 2500 calories a day and her half-hour workout everyday and she'd be gucci.
However, she's eating way too much and it's killing any chance for weight loss. But working out is still a great choice to make, even if she still eats like shit. At the very least, it's curving her weight gain.
I'm not saying this for Alex's benefit by the way***I'm saying it for anyone reading here thinking that they need to drastically diet and exercise hella hard to lose weight--if you do that, you're literally setting yourself up for failure

Just watched the latest dumpster fire. The spice rack could have been a perfect DIY project for 1/4 of the price, but noooo... And labels but no expiration dates? I realize nothing she does makes sense but anyway.

Re: LearningtobeaHamPlanet - Part 40
Figured I'd chime in on the workout debate because I am a fitness professional.
When thinking about the question of, "should I do cardio or weights for weight loss?" the answer is--both. Think of cardio as your immediate pay off--you get calories burned, good endorphins, and you increase your cardiovascular capability with each workout. Strength is a long-game. It's building your foundation. When you lift with consistency, you're having a positive impact on your bone density, body composition, and metabolic health. So, really, it's important to do both.
Other posters have mentioned it, but the key to any weight loss effort is your diet. Keto, IF, Low carb, south beach, etc aren't inherently better than any other diet. They all get you to where you want to go by overall reducing calories. Of course, being on a specific diet can support your efforts if you are dealing with hormone issues, insulin resistance, or thyroid problems, but really it's just calories in, vs calories out. If you burn more than you consume, you will lose weight. Period. Of course, food quality will impact your health and overall hunger/fullness--but only calories matter when it comes to weight loss.
If I were Alex's trainer I'd tell her firstly, track your damn food. Favor fruit and veggies over processed foods--eat lower carb because of your obvious hormone imbalances. Walk for an hour a day, strength train 2-3x per week using a program that is circuit style and full body. She can increase her muscular endurance before she starts pushing heavier weights to increase her muscle mass. It's really simple, but it's not easy. But, living in denial is much harder all the way around. If she would just get real with herself and track her food even for a few days to see what she is really eating, I think it would open her eyes (ha, who am I kidding, she finds a scapegoat for everything, I'm sure this would be no different). I hope she makes changes before something awful happens, but she seems extremely cavalier with her health. I'm not optimistic she will change, we will just have Amberlynn Reid 2.0.
We know you read here, Alex. Take some free advice and get your shit together. Track your food. Don't be extreme, just be accountable. Fuck.

Alex. Stop trying to tell the world you work out. You do not. You are not healthy. You are not fit. You're morbidly obese. Carrying an extra 150lbs on your body is not fresh and fit and fun *insert photo of her with tongue out and peace sign*

Hi Alex! We know you are reading here. The coat, the word "moment", and the ring after someone brought them up (especially the coat).
PS. You forgot to edit that white shit on your lip, and we can see the chin editing

Re: LearningtobeaHamPlanet - Part 40
Can somebody explain the controversy with her ring again (yes, I’ve gone back and skimmed through the last 2 threads and found nothing). Is it that it’s fake? That Yar didn’t pay for it, and Alex did?! I’m confused!

If he truly loved her and was looking out for his best interest, he would no doubt help her but since his master plan is to marry her and take advantage of her money; he won’t. He wants her to turn into the worst version of herself (even worse than she currently is) so she will become even more desperate than she currently is so she will be wanting to be with him even though he’ll be sucking her dry.Mischievous Gossiper wrote: ↑Wed Apr 15, 2020 7:05 pmIn her wedding pics she is going to look so old, round, and orange! I can’t wait to see ha!
If people didn’t know them it would look like Yarmayn married an older white sugar mama.
I agree with above personally looks like she is a size 26-28
Her fiancé loves fitness so he says so basically he “can” train her and help her choose more healthier dinners.......but doesn’t ? Weird right?
