I was actually impressed Alex showed herself working out like that. She knows the angle wasnt flattering either.
I actually want to route for her ... but she bas to know that doing that for 20 minutes a day and then living a sedentary lifestyle after that and eating out wont change her body.

I was surprised to.. props to her for actually showing something work out related for once..
BUT......i just wanna scream at her and say ------ YOU CANT OUTWORK A BAD DIET
ive tried, i used to work out 6 days a week but i was eating like trash, drinking, smoking etc.. i gained stamina but never lost any real weight i maintained but never lost.. you have to be in a calorie deficit regardless if you are working out or not.. and there is no way she is maintaining a healthyish diet.

If she truly wanted to be "fearless" she would start doing these workout + healthy eating videos more (or at least include that journey in the vlog). I started following her when she would do weigh-ins and was really honest about her health journey. But for a while now she has been dishonest and just straight-up delusional about her health. I have been overweight for much of my life, but I acknowledge that it will (or has) impact my health. At least I am being honest and taking steps to fix it. She should try that...it could help her become more of a youtube presence.
