i watched samantha ravnhdahl (idk how to spell her last name) and one of her videos she said that to be a good makeup artist you need to have great hygiene. well correct me if im wrong but applying stick foundation directly to the face and using a sephora mascara wand isn't sanitary. so even though james calls himself a makeup artist he isn't a good one by any means

So true! When I see all of these "beauty gurus" claiming themselves as makeup artists, I'm like bish where because you're not being professional/sanitary. Unless it's the model's own makeup, it's fine. But if you're using new product, you need disposable mascara wands, a flat palette and a scraper if you're using stick foundation. But I guess these "beauty gurus" do not care about getting pink eye and infections lol
