He had his hairline surgery done too - because he thought his forehead was too big. That's why he went through a period of wearing nothing but wigs to cover it. I always thought he had cheek implants too, because the difference from before and after is so drastic. I never understood the cheek filler thing - why do you want to look like you have two balls in your cheeks? I think his face shape looked better before all the damn messing around with it tbh.

I think he's had feminization surgery where all his features have been softened a bit. From his nose, brow bone to his jaw and chin. Compare his face to a little over a year ago it's much more feminine.

When would he have even had time to get ffs or any medical procedure more serious than Botox and fillers in the past year or years? And recover from it? Without anyone noticing? He is all over Snapchat every second of every day.

Fillers are really advanced now and can provide a serious transformation for the face.

He obviously has ass implants as he clearly never had enough body fat for a Brazilian butt lift but I really think that’s it. It’s not like he’s totally amazing looking he still looks Voldemort af. I think he’s just been popular enough by now that his look is less jarring.

Wow. What a transformation! I actually prefer his new face. Lol I’m not saying that to be mean — his intention is obviously to look more feminine, which I think he’s achieved (facially).

I still wonder if he’s gonna get breast implants to match his new ass though.

but maybe not, if he’s going for that “heroin chic” model thin look. On the other hand, a bigger ass doesn’t really fit that aesthetic. But I guess that’s okay for him, since big butts are “in” now. Lol

I’m 99% certain that the above scenario is the case sadly.
You know when an adult is disciplining a child then said adult finally caves in then the child will continue to stretch the boundaries since they know how to make the adult crack, I feel like that scenario is like their relationship. I think Nate will continue to stretch the boundaries because he knows Jeffree won’t break up with him.

I think part of it is because he thinks women are beneath him. He doesn't care if Nate sleeps with a woman (as long as he is present) because they are of so little value to him it makes no difference. A man would be a different story completely, threesomes aside.
