He shaves them. He has since he was in high school. So he can draw them in higher and thinner.

Yeah I think he talked about it in the "How I Did My Makeup In High School" video. He shaves them because his natural brows are too low for his liking and he doesn't have enough lid space to work with shadows unless he shaves his brows lol
