It’s also odd to me that she’s flaunting the house they moved into as if she bought it. Anyone in the U.S. knows it takes longer than a few weeks to “get approved” for a house. Just say you’re renting and move on.

sure it is. she said she couldnt find a house to buy that quick but desperately wanted to move now that she is expecting. she said she might as well move into the house and keep searching for the perfect place to buy from there. i guess with having a kid she just wanted a yard and all that where the baby could also play a bit once it gets old enough to crawl/walk.

but one thing i dont understand is. she said earlier she wanted to move back to australia and raise their kid(s) there in a few years because she said there is the quality of life better. then why wanting to buy a house in los angeles anyways?
or does she want to own a house in australia and LA and move back and forth and rent it out during the time she doenst live in it?

Exactly. Just throwing away money in America when you could be saving and investing in your home country. Their path to full citizenship is highly unlikely too.

oh i didnt know she already owns one in australia.
i dont think she will sell it. since she said she wants to live there anyways and currently is only in the usa because of the social media marketing it wouldnt make sense to sell her house in australia. i rather think she will own 2 houses then. its always good to invest into real estate.

She has a unit in the city as well that she rents out, it's the one she lived in before they moved.

She's been complaining about about the pregnancy.. how she naps all day. Imagine if she had to actually go out to work and stand up all day.. the carry on is unbelievable.

I am someone who used to be a big fan of hers for years and it goes way back, I loved her makeup style and tutorials. Ever since she moved to la the whole vibe went dull and and suppressed, it just feels so negative and she seems really unhappy with her life. Over the past few years there have been a few influencers who claimed to move because of better opportunities but then, once they're there nothing is happening and it doesn't look as if they do much. I don't understand what made her think she will be more successful in the us, where she will be only a grain of sand in a desert, she had a few really good collabs back at home and I feel as if she had a nicer life there (just a feeling I have when watching).

I don't think the majority of her money comes from YT it's probably from that sponge thing she's a co-investor in. Which i heard isn't even that good.

I would say she makes most of her money from Instagram.

With that face halo, they just copied it from enjo.. they were doing those years beforehand.

Chloe seems so disconnected from her baby. She complained about how much baby things cost and she got a total of 6 onesies for her baby and was proud of not over buying.

But she buys all these bags for herself that cost thousands of dollars.
