Speaking of Trademark law. Did you guys see the Dustin Dailey video about J* and a Trademark Strike? The short of it was, it wasn't really J* and that someone called a false strike, signing his name into it. Lots of Speculation in the comments that it's the Kuckroach himself, skulking into action after remaining dormant for a few months.

I must have missed something, but why are his “luxury cosmetics “ not available in Europe?

I'm not sure if they're not 'approved in Europe' versus the fact that he claims they're 'formulated in the UK' (where he lives and picks out which alibaba shades he wants to sell lol), made in China, yet shipped only from the US.
You'd think given that he's from the UK he'd have warehouses (since he's claimed to have several across the US) in Europe at least, but he doesn't. Because his shitty 'company' is a pile of shit. lol

If it’s not that he probably doesn’t want to pay import tax or he avoiding paying taxes altogether and that’s part of the avoidance scheme.

But i'm surprised. With all these 'employees' he bragged about giving a living to when he launched his 'brand', how come not one of them could help him with his accounts?
Anyone would think he's just doing all this shit in his bedroom by himself or something....

I bet he'll say his 'accountant' turned out to be a scammer, and he only found out when he ran off with all his 'profits' just before his taxes were meant to be filed. He'll then have an excuse for the closure of his 'company' and get his Tittyfam to set up a GoFundMe to rescue his 'luxury' crustmetics.

Anyone else got any theories or predictions?

^My theory is he will say he was struck down by some mysterious illness and could not file his paperwork. He has probably not been uploading much to make such a story seem more plausible haha

I actually think he'll come back with some video about his mental health as an excuse for his absence/failing company. He's mentioned taking less videos etc because of his wellbeing in a few videos over the past few months - so that's probably what will be going on. That and/or family member health, which seems to be his favourite excuse for everything. If you think about it, it appears to be a pattern with him - the starting things and then losing interest/never finishing (his 'art' career, university etc).
