I've concluded that she is just a complete moron. She wears "sauna suit" pants when she does cardio - what appear to be massive rubbish bag material pants - to target fat loss in her legs. Anyone who knows the tiniest bit about fitness would know you can't spot reduce fat. She also moans uncontrollably when she's doing cardio.

My god, if she pulled this crap at the gym I go to I'd be complaining straight away.

Yeah I went and scrolled through her IG and I am AWESTRUCK that this girl is training with these people that push her to failure ever single workout. 110% think everything she does is for the views, she probably thinks if she doesn’t moan like she’s giving birth that no one will appreciate her workout. She definitely moderates the comments cause I’d be commenting on every workout of hers if I could to shame her for showing that to girls who may look up to her and her trainers for being extremely negligent.
