Yea she posted on her story yesterday that it takes her a while to get her videos up and soooo much work goes into it, so we should appreciate the effort. She said she has to do research and write a script and execute it etc

Her whole schtick is that she's got this PhD which makes her SO much better at doing research, so WTF is taking her so long? One thing that all PhD researchers learn early on is how to QUICKLY read and comprehend scientific literature. Most PhDs can write a literature review (much more detailed than her videos) in a week, and that's in addition to all of their other FULLTIME WORK.

her last IG picture....... "i'm up about four pounds" looks leaner than ever. Claimed to have lost 6 pounds from her mini cut. So at her current height and weight, gaining 4+ pounds evoked more ab cuts? I'm calling BS. Lie and say its from training them all you want.... homegirl has to get down to literally sub 15% BF to see 'em. Clearly meaning, she's not meant to have visible abs at a healthy weight. I think there's a typo...she probably meant to say "i'm down about four pounds" at this point she's been so dishonest that even she's lost track of how much she claimed to weigh before her mini cut. People were even commenting about how she looked like she could have been prepping for competition. YOU KNOW, BACK IN THE DAY WHERE SHE HAD AN UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD.

She took it two days ago.. There's no way in hell she wouldn't have posted that shot at least in her story if it's legit. That's the most visible and less flat they've looked since that video she did.

If it was indeed 2 days ago I'd be willing to bet she's been 'working hard' in Photoshop..

She looks like she has lip fillers in that picture. Also, there's an awful lot of shadows going on in her ab area. I suspect she did some contouring to make them pop. And why is she pressing her boobs? I swear even Abby Pollock does the same thing whenever she shows off her abs.

Is this really what she's wanting to pursue on a daily basis? Trying to look skinnier than ever? All she has to do is come clean about her trying to look like she's going to compete. We're not going to judge her if she does--well, that's kind of a lie, we probably will because she'd look too thin and she isn't even dieting right because of all the muscle she's lost. But it would be a whole lot better than straight up lying to our faces and making it as if you're trying to "grow the glutes" and reverse diet while saying "don't worry guys I trained today" and eating zero carb pancakes.

Why doesn’t she just compete if she’s so desperate to be stage lean. Jeff body builds maybe they could even do it together. But for real. I hate bikini shows but at least when someone competes you can differentiate that leanness from normal life lean (hopefully).

It originated, I believe as just a yoga technique. It's hard to explain, but you lie down or get on all fours, exhale as much as you can, then try to push out your chest (causing the diaphragm to pull up), which causes a vacuum effect that sucks in your stomach. Afaik, in some types of yoga that practice, it was to aid digestion. Not intended to be an "exercise"in the fitness sense, or be used by fitspos to try to make their body work like a corset.
