I think it's pretty interesting that NORM says the whole "Kristen Who" idea was hers and even has the balls to say she is "irrelevant". 1. I am from Sacramento County. You cannot CALL a police station and request warrant history. Do you have any idea how many people would abuse this if it was possible? You must acquire warrant history one of three ways: 1) In person written request. Your request becomes public record as an addendum to the case file. In person written requests may be submitted at any police station in the state or at any courthouse in the state. 2) Through a sanctioned representative of the court (such as a county clerk, again, only in person) 3) You may submit a request and pay $1 per search on https://services.saccourt.ca.gov/PublicCaseAccess/. Your request will become public record and be added as an addendum to the case file. If you here on the GG would like to use that link, please note on the left hand side of the site it gives you options. It is a very thorough site and can provide you with a vast array of information about the case. However it is not very "user friendly" and I highly encourage you to read the entire text as written on each page.

The above is a statement of FACT. There is no NORMAl way of getting around these FACTS. MsWalter you can feel free to attempt to wriggle free of them however these are documented legal facts. The good news is, IF for some amazing reason you DID make a successful search (ie there had to have been a warrant or RO or anything with your name attached, which we know there is at least an RO) and in doing so submitted the appropriate documentation, you can in fact prove that beyond a shadow of a doubt as there will be an addendum at the bottom of the listing showing the date you submitted your search, the forum number you submitted (there are different form numbers for internet, in person PD/courthouse and county clerk searches), the location at which you submitted your request (or the last 5 digits of your IP address), your name and your DOB.

The above can be fact checked using the website I provided a link to and by submitting your own search.

2. You may in fact legally submit a letter to a Sacramento County **CLERK** however you may not legally submit a letter to a judge adjudicating your proceedings previous to your attendance at court. The County Clerk will hold the letter in evidence until the appointed time for your hearing at which point the officer of the court may hand it to the authority of the court and they can -decide- whether or not to accept it into evidence. You cannot legally be counted as fulfilling your legal duties for attendance in cases of warrants or subpoenas with a written letter UNLESS (bitch stole my typing style btw, can prove am not Amber) you are a deployed active enlisted military personnel, sign over power of attorney (as in cases of someone who has been injured so badly they cannot be removed from their hospice facility) or you are involved with a non-extraditable offense and present in a non-extradition treaty country.

The above are FACTS and can be verified again, using the site I posted above.

3. California Judicial System does not in fact accept polygraph tests. Here's what the court has to say on them.

"Lie detector tests do not as yet have enough reliability to justify the admission of expert testimony based on their results." (Citing People v. Wochnick, 98 Cal. App. 2d 124, 126-128 [219 P.2d 70] and People v. Porter, 99 Cal. App. 2d 506, 510-511 [222 P.2d 151].) In 1959, in People v. Jones, 52 Cal. 2d 636 [343 P.2d 577], the court said on page 653: "The courts have consistently held that whether the test is a polygraph test, or a ... sodium pentothal test, the results are not such as to be admissible for or against the defendant because of a lack of scientific certainty about the results."

Nada. My guess is they lied to the first person about not being aware, and now are scrambling deciding what to do. From the rumor mill these types of networks aren't great. They keep a lot of money from the creator, and rights, etc. However she was probably desperate after losing adsense. They are making money off the videos either way, paid subs or not (if they get caught knowing then they can lose ads and sponsors so they likely will ignore and play stupid). They seen like a crappy network by the types of sponsored vids they are getting for her at least, did you See the crap fest that jewelry was? Anyway that is my 2cents about why no responses, or holidays? Idk. I was trying to research them, other creators with them, and adult and keep up with GG. Hard work!

That pageant video was something to watch. You see her pull out all the cards:
1. Claiming she was bullied just because someone happen to criticize her or make a not so nice remark. My guess this was blown out of proportion, in Amber's eyes. In the real world you brush it off, put on your big girl panties and move on with life.
2. More claims of death threats on some pageant web site. From what's gone on in this situation, I wouldn't be surprised if she was going on the site and writing those death threats, herself.
3. Brings up the childhood abuse. My best friend was abused by her stepmother and it was pretty bad, yet she hardly if ever, talks about it, and certainly doesn't bring it up to people she's just met. She's using that to gain sympathy.
4. Starts crying. Another way to gain sympathy.

I'm finally caught up but having a hard time finding my gossip flow.....I will say on the last 2 vids especially todays (WHATEVER) she looks weird, like her face is puffy her eyes are all puffy yet she's wearing a ton of make up so it's not cry puff....I'm deff not suggesting she look's fat....just strangely puff....yesterday's video what was with her using the word facetious totally out of context?......um this is odd for a NY times best selling author. In both video's she yammers about how wrong it is to use terms related to mental illness as insults but then calls herself and other's CRAZY? She's a driving contradiction.....Another thing she seem to be driving in the (I moved to a new home) thing....yet she posted on her twitter that her mom and her little sister are doing most the cooking and she is BRINGING the champagne and dessert....well this is odd, if her sister had her throw her nieces party at the park at her's and Loverfaces house, I suspect that's because their house and neighborhood is more suited for entertaining.....and her mamma is supposed to be living with her .....so why would Norm be BRINGING the champagne and dessert.......It just seems off

Don't know if you saw the post, but it was proven she never moved. Brye posted that she was served at her old address weeks after she allegedly moved. That whole thing was yet another shitty ruse by a shitty person.

Okay everyone, I've been a lurker for too long! I'm ready to jump into this thread because you all are amazing!! The detective skills are incredible! I'm not sure if this has been brought up or not, but I stumbled across a little information which would best serve ChannonRose and Brye's case...I know Amber had claimed that her using that "team bride" shirt in the casting spells video had nothing to do with the other girls, however in her Packing for San Fran trip around the 19:28ish mark she pulls this shirt out and makes mention that Brye bought them the shirts, and that she needed to bring it. Also, in the video she states why she is going to San Fran. I know this is something so small, but I'm just getting warmed up-lol!
