Not even scoliosis? I thought she'd have a very mild case... but I guess now it's clear her back hurts because her sleep is fucked up and she barely leaves the house!ABlueLagoon wrote:Her back x ray didn't find anything. Who is surprised?
Re: Beckie0mg, feel bad for me!!! Part 3
She said she has joint hypermobility, so she MIGHT have EDS. She needs to go private and get diagnosed by a rheumatologist.
I have EDS (and all the side effects like anemia, thin brittle hair, fragile skin) Yeah it's a bummer when my hip comes out or I can't get out of bed for a couple of hours because I can't move, but do you see me crying about it? No. Because there's no point because I can't do anything except for help myself by making healthy choices.
Beckie, suck it up, take your meds, do your stretches and get on with your life. I wish she would stop feeling so sorry for herself.

Re: Beckie0mg, feel bad for me!!! Part 3
Omigosh. She is always complaining about the NHS like the US is so much better. I live in Canada and we have a similar system to the NHS and yes the wait times suck but getting free healthcare in a emergency and non emergency is so amazing. I broke my arm and all I paid for was the cost of a coloured cast because i wanted it. being so close to the US I see the devastating effects of the US healthcare system with people dying cause they can't afford it or going decades with chronic life threatening conditions. She gets so upset that she has to make appointments with the doctor after getting an xray. If its normal they don't need to do anything because they think you are okay, if it wasn't normal they would tell you who you need to see. Because they can't find anything she will probably have to see a specialist. Sorry Becca that's part of being an adult and if you lived in the US you would be paying loads of money and wouldn't be able to probably even go to the doctor because you are so "poor". I hate her complaining. She sounds like a petulant child.

Re: Beckie0mg, feel bad for me!!! Part 3
i've said this before but the way she bad mouths the NHS bothers me so much. Beckie you're not the only one who has to keep booking appointments and pushing for help. THAT IS HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS! Yes it has it's bad points but that's how it works. They found nothing wrong on her x ray so therefore common sense should tell her they're not going to refer her to anyone because they've found nothing wrong! Go to your GP and discuss the results and issues...just like anyone else would have to. You're not special.

Re: Beckie0mg, feel bad for me!!! Part 3
I'm Spanish and our system is similar to the NHS too. Yes, if you want to see an specialist you have to wait weeks (best case scenario) or months (regarding it's not an emergency, of course), but medical care is free (I mean public/not private/you don't have to pay more than your taxes) and that is a HUGE pro. Systems like the US one seem barbaric to many people here (myself included) as so many people can't pay for private healthcare. Yes, it's a pain in the ass going to your doctor everytime you want to make an appointment to see a specialist, but guess what, Beckie? That's better than having to pay (usually a lot of money) for scans and x rays etc etc etc.inkspells wrote:Omigosh. She is always complaining about the NHS like the US is so much better. Oh Lord they found nothing wrong? Well que 3 weeks of straight complaining then.
Id recommend a good sports physio massage or chiropractor for Rebecca, also she might get a kick out of having a full body rub down by an older man.

A chiropractor would probably be beneficial for her. I can't imagine she has good posture, which has likely only worsened since she's begun pampering herself. This wouldn't be helping her back pain, whatever the cause may be.lowrezsunrise wrote:Oh Lord they found nothing wrong? Well que 3 weeks of straight complaining then.

Has the back pain really been around since February? I thought it only started a month or so ago.

Once we argued and i happend to tell her that she isnt the only one suffering, bigger problems in the world, she got angry and blocked me.
Did she really a relationship with a 60+ years old man?

GAH! ALSO SHE TWEETED THAT SHE'D RATHER PAY THAN WAIT... SO PAY THEN... There is private health care in the UK and if you'd rather pay than wait then do it! After all that money wasted on her teeth, she's not willing to pay anything to help her back which is apparently so bad... Also, I second that she could do with visiting a chiro or an osteopath or a sports masseuse or having a physiotherapist give her a move about and some exercises for her back.
There are plenty of things that could be wrong that are not visible on x-rays such as tight muscles or (as someone mentioned before) a bad mattress or a lack of tone in the stomach (which can put back muscles into overdrive. When my neck and shoulders are bad I try to stretch gently and keep moving and warm. I also found the osteopath helped immeasurably and gave me so much relief from my neck pain when it was really bad earlier this year.
So Becks, if you're reading, book an appointment with an osteopath (get some recommendations if you can or do lots of online research), they're really good at validating what you feel and helping you move through the pain. They can be a bit pricey, but there's no waiting about for any treatment apart from what their diary looks like. I think I paid like 150 quid in total for a few sessions with mine, but they do help and are comforting and caring and holistic. I think that an osteopath would help Beckie lots.

I feel like Beckie is the person in A&E who complains that someone who came in after her that's bleeding to death is seen before her. She needs to understand the NHS isn't first come first serve it's whoever is in most need gets to be seen to. LIke her 'crippling' back pain (she can walk unaided, she seems pretty flexible, she went to body pump the other day and can freely excersize) isn't as important as people who are literally dieing.stathis wrote:Once we argued and i happend to tell her that she isnt the only one suffering, bigger problems in the world, she got angry and blocked me.

Re: Beckie0mg, feel bad for me!!! Part 3
I could write an essay (and I think I have in the previous thread lol) on how Beckie infuriates me at how she complains constantly at how bad the NHS is. No matter what happens, there's always something wrong with them. I've got best friends with chronic and invisible illnesses who wait years and years for diagnosis of eds and treatment/help from specialists, or things like that. Beckie just thinks she can waltz into her GP surgery, get a diagnosis for something, be treated like royalty, and waltz out happy as a lamb. What does she want? I really don't think she understand what GPs actually are, considering she goes to them and thinks they hold the magical answer for any snowflake ailment. When they don't, it's like they've got a personal vendetta against her. Newsflash Beckie, they don't.
Ugh. I wish Beckie would move to the US already considering how much she hates the UK and everything about it. Go and have fun bankrupting yourself paying for an ambulance or surgery.

they only thing she's suffering from is 'special snowflake syndrome'.
Re: Beckie0mg, feel bad for me!!! Part 3
This is legitimately it. If they fixed her back, her teeth and her various mental health issues, she would find something else that was wrong...SmileLikeYouMeanIt wrote:they only thing she's suffering from is 'special snowflake syndrome'.

Re: Beckie0mg, feel bad for me!!! Part 3
What annoys me the most is how she complains about such mediocre things. Like the size of the toborlrone (spelling soz lol), how the internet in her town went down at 2 AM!!!! and she complained that "they are assuming we are asleep and won't notice" ...... Beckie. Most normal people are asleep at 2am, (unless you work etc). They did it to suit EVERYONE. If she was moaning about it happening at 12pm I could understand. But moaning about it at 2am?!?!! REALLY?
Jeeeeezzzzz, I just do not understand her need to moan about such stupid silly things that do not matter. Irks me to no end.

Re: Beckie0mg, feel bad for me!!! Part 3
Why does she have to have so many jump cuts in her videos? It's so jarring to have it always cutting literally every five seconds. Maybe that's a factor to why she's losing views as well, it's tiring and annoying to have to sit through it.
And in her most recent video she says you can tell she's unwell because she sounds Essex. Beckie, you still sound southern/rp, not Essex at all. Honestly, I live in Essex and she is furthest from an Essex accent that you can have. And why is having a 'typical' Essex accent a bad thing? I love in the comments someone said that too, is that one of you guys?

Twas me! Seriously it makes me so mad that she forces that rp accent. Truth is very few people have an rp accent naturally, most of them being from the upper classes. I don't understand why sounding Essex is such an embarrassment. If she hates Essex so much maybe she should leave? Oh, wait...carryonsarah97 wrote:Why does she have to have so many jump cuts in her videos? It's so jarring to have it always cutting literally every five seconds.
