The comments on her new video are gold. Someone wrote this, which I totally agree with:

She doesn't seem to understand why people have an issue with her getting her hair and nails done when she's constantly asking for donations. She says it's to make better videos but she doesn't make normal videos anymore. All she does is beg for money and donations and yak yak yak about whatever her issue is on that day. She used to spend thousands on swaps with youtubers - so where was all that money coming from? It's not even like she's running a huge successful channel. No one NEEDS to get their nails and hair done. Hell, I've gotten my nails done professionally like less than a dozen times in my life. Not cause I can't afford it, I'm rich AF but I just don't see the utility of having nails. I'm SOOOOO late to this party but...
I can't even begin to watch her videos leading up to this, they are all over the place and messy AF. One of the things I do recall however was that whoever has the kid gets some stash of money. She said it was the reason the ex wanted the kid back in the first place (not because she barricaded herself in a house with him with the SWAT team outside or anything and not because it was such a big deal it was all over the news...)
Also, in her video today that I managed to get through, did I hear her correctly that she BOUGHT her car outright? I mean shit, if I were broke and trying to get my kid back I would by a god damn Kia to get me from place A to place B, no frills, cheap on gas. Then she went on about owing money after the sale of the house.
Ok so she was still left with at LEAST a few grand. Put that shit in the bank and go get a J.O.B. like the rest of us. If you can't pay the bills with your various video content, start stripping if you're that in need and desperate to get your kid back. When she got out of jail and went to court, she said she "gave" Morlon custody because she had to get her life back on track. She had to "find a home" because she was "homeless." She had to "make money" because she was "BLACKLISTED" from the strip clubs in Florida.

She CAN NOT just give Morlon custody after the situation she put her own child in. The courts had to do that. They saw then, like they see now that she is an unfit parent.
Morlon may very well be a fraud, but from the minute she took Maxymus (and two other kids) from Texas, he seemed worried. He even called the school saying Nina kidnapped Maxymus. Which she did take him from her mother, who THEY BOTH AGREED should care for him. (Funny, like someone mentioned in this forum, since her mother is this bad person). He even came to Florida to get the boy. Unlike her, who says her son is missing, but instead of going to Vegas, is making irrational videos.

I don't know if this has been mentioned but it has always bothered me. In her LifeIsHappening vlogs, when she would drive around town at night, it was implied that Derrick was out cheating so that left Maxymus (and two other kids) home alone at night, sleeping. Anything could happen at night. There could have been a fire, a robbery, etc and she's worried about if Derrick is at some women's house. Yes she showed clips of her being a "good mom". But leaving 3 kids under the age of 8, on multiple, is not a good move.

She always refers to her standoff with the police, by the date. She never once took responsibility and said that she put her own child in that situation. Its always Morlon made me or her family made her. But no, she herself barricaded that boy in that apartment WITH A GUN. The courts may have dismissed the case, BUT IT HAPPENED.
It doesn't matter if it happened five years ago. That had affect on that Maxymus.
