Maybelline baby skin primer?
I really want to try this primer because, it's so affordable compared to the typical primers I usually love to us. Does anyone know if this primer is good enough for oily/acne skin?

I don't really have too bad of oily skin, but do tend to get some oily spots.
I love it. It works great so far for me. Really comparable to Porefessional. I would definitely recommend trying.

It's a really good primer. I actually apply primer, contour/blush and a little setting powder and my makeup lasts all day. I'm weird lol, I don't wear foundation so I just apply my cheek products on top of Baby Skin and go!

I have two mini sample size tubes of Porefessional, but I think I'll try the Maybelline when it runs out. I haven't seen it here yet, though.

Re: Maybelline baby skin primer?
I just picked up the primer today so, hopefully my skin will like it!
Re: Maybelline baby skin primer?
Definitely not comparable to the porefessional (which is overrated anyway). The Maybelline one is barely mattifying, does nothing for pores, and does nothing to aide longevity of the foundation. I tossed it.
I think face products are where you should invest more of your makeup budget though - why would you want to smear cheap ingredients into your pores?

I disagree. It definitely mattifyed my face and I could notice a difference in how long my foundation lasted.
It sucks it didn't work well for you but that doesn't mean it work for everyone.

Re: Maybelline baby skin primer?
I just tried out the primer today and I wore make-up for about 6 hours. I was a complete oily mess and my face make-up faded throughout the day. I was so disappointed I guess I will stick to my typical primers that I like to use. Hopefully, my sister will like the primer instead.

I didn't really have a lot of expectations for this but i wore it out tonight and it's lasted very well. Not a bit of oil at all. I think i'll wear it all day tomorrow and see how it holds up then, but so far impressed.

I really didn't like it. I have normal skin with an oily t-zone, and larger pores. This primer actually made my pores look WORSE! It also broke me out and didn't extend the wear of my foundation (L'Oreal True Match).
