I was at a store and I saw some cookies that one of my friends recommended. I ended up looking online at Amazon for reviews and some of them had mold... I was telling this story to my husband and after that conversation, he goes, "are people still talking about those lipsticks?"

Lolz the fact that mold triggers him to think about lipsticks was funny to me (not funny that it's a public health concern, but funny in a sense that this is a WHOLE ASS SHITSHOW THAT KEEPS GETTING BETTER/WORSE)

Oh, and her mom's post? Y'all have said everything but I'm still disgusted that NOBODY IS FUCKING TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. Like.... Yes, nobody should be outright mean when voicing their concerns, but I think a lot of people are educated and mature enough to to voice their concerns in a direct, non rude way??? They're acting like it's so devastating (which it probably is) that all of this 'has happened'. Like what???? Y'all are the reason why it happened???

Speaking of the betrayal thing... Idk if her mom is saying her fans are betraying her (I don't think that's the case) or someone who was working with them on the lipsticks was betraying her (I think this was her way of YET AGAIN making it seem like they're the victims and it's somebody else's fault), but at the end of the day THE CEO MAKES THE CALL TO RELEASE OR NOT... regardless of whether y'all spend millions making the product. EVEN (this is a big fucking even) if it was someone else's 'fault' that the lipsticks were contaminated, IT'S JACLYN'S JOB TO SAY YES RELEASE OR NO. And if she 'didnt know' (they fucking knew) her lipsticks were shitty.... THEN THAT'S STILL ON HER. WTF?????

I'm seriously so confused that they can't see that they are STILL playing the victim??? Just because you say you're taking responsibility and 'refund' everyone, doesn't mean you actually are. EVERYTHING still points to them blaming other people.

Also, I understand your Mom always having your back and supporting you, but like.... In situations like this, when MAJORITY (not 0.5% or 3/190000) of people have pic/video PROOF of contaminated products, HOW can you post that? Also, the fact that she's posting to social media describing why her daughter is off social media is so dumb to me? It's a ploy to YET AGAIN garner positive comments... Why post it publicly? Support your daughter IRL (which she probably is) and stay off the internet. It's making it worse hahaha

To me, I think her deleting socials/the website going down is purely legal reasons. I think she's preparing for lawsuits
