Very late to the party but I have to agree with you here, although I am rather biased ;) You can buy cheap frappe makers if you're still interested lol.
I have to eat some unsweetened peanut or almond butter each day- I like to think it's a lot healthier than Nutella! I thought I ate relatively healthily but wow, some of these posts really put me to shame (I wish I liked apples and greens as much as people on this thread do :D )

haha!don't worry about it ;) we are all have our guilty foods!

I've started making ceasar's salad for dinner but without any sauce in order to be healthy! I make an olive oil/mustard and honey sauce which is healthier :D

Yum, that's my dressing of choice too, you can't go much wrong with it unless you hate mustard lol

Just now checking out some of these other forums. Just about everyday I eat cheese, almonds & some sort of greens. Oh, and pickles! Several times a week I have grilled salmon, roasted or sauteed brussels sprouts, sauteed mushrooms and a salad loaded with veggies. Every single day I drink Califia Toasted Coconut Almond Milk with 3 Stevia's and I drink water all day, everyday. I often infuse the water with different things to change it up:
Cinnamon Sticks/Apples
Mint
Cucumbers
Ginger

I will also often have 2 glasses of wine at the end of the day.

What I would love to eat & drink every single day if I didn't care about my health & diet:
Bread, bread and more bread
Reese's peanut butter cups
Tropical flavored Skittles
Potatoes
Chicken pot pie
An entire bottle of wine (lol)

I'm always on the go with my job at the bank, so my meals need to be quick, easy, and delicious.

For breakfast, it's a no-brainer: I grab a smoothie pack from Clovis Farms—throw in some milk or juice, blend, and I'm ready to take on the day.

The lunch and dinner scene is more of a wild card, but I tend to cycle through a short list of favorites: fresh salads, avocado toast, and, of course, my trusty Costco frozen food options.

Do you use a specific milk? I’m trying to find something to drink other than premier protein! TIA xoxo

Can't go wrong with a green smoothie to kickstart the morning, and I'm a sucker for some good dark chocolate too.
