Breakfast: a mango, an apple, 2 scrambled eggs, one of those belvita softed baked things
Dinner: turkey, masshed potatoes, a croissant
Misc: pumpkin pie, 2 mini candy bars, water, peach tea, some detox tea that tastes disgusting but it's supposed to promote healthy liver so whatever...

Oh sh*t the detox/laxative tea! I used to use it in my late teens every time I blew my diet. The taste was absolutely horrible, I can literally taste it in my mouth right now while typing this it was so memorably terrible. Dinner: a mango, cottage cheese, three pieces of toast
Misc: york peppermint patty, 2 mini candy bars, a dr pepper, water with lemon. Maybe I'll have a cup of my sleepy time tea before bed

I've been trying to make a point to eat better and exercise and yesterday that all went by the wayside. As I was trying to fall asleep I felt so nauseous! I don't know if it's just a coincidence or what. But I'm going to do better today. Here's what I had yesterday
Breakfast: mango, blueberries, grapefruit, belvita oatmeal breakfast biscuits
Lunch: 12 spicy chicken nuggets with a s/c chive potato from wendys
Dinner: Chinese takeout
misc: Dr pepper, some chocolate, starbursts, a stack of Pringles, some carbonated lemon flavored water, vanilla black tea

Four pieces of dark chocolate
Probably 10 or so pieces of these teeny tiny sugar candies that taste a little bit like lint
I might've had water but I don't remember
It's been a baaaaaaaaaad week and today, I think, was the peak. I can't eat when I'm upset, hence the pathetic list above.

11:30am: 6 inch veggie delight sub from subway, all the salad options, on wheat.
1pm: Latte
5pm: 2 chicken burritos from tacobell + 2 of the little dessert cinnamon ball things
11pm: Glass of chocolate milk
I've drunk like.. 5 (I think) glasses of water. Today was a pretty shitty day in terms of eating properly.

Snack-Utz spicy potato chips ( I rarely eat these)
All day - lots of water
Lunch - brown rice with vegetables, Italian Tofurkey, and a large egg. On top I added a tiny bit of soy sauce, cayenne pepper, black pepper and sriracha.
Dinner: brown rice with mixed (pressured, not can )beans (lentils, chickpeas, navy beans, etc.) with salsa and cayenne pepper.
All day - lots of water

Breakfast: whole wheat toast with a handful of dates
Lunch: whole wheat pasta, kidney beans, spinach and green lentils
Dinner: wasn't really hungry so had a banana, blueberry, cherry and almond milk smoothie.
Drank water all day and some peppermint tea before I go to sleep

Trying to be conscious of what I'm eating again so here I go.
Breakfast: Water, three oranges, toast with peanut butter and banana.
Lunch: Kale and cabbage salad with bbq and tuna.
Dinner: 2.5 Cups baked potato and red bell pepper slices with cream cheese.
Extras: I had some holiday shaped smarties this morning, and planning to drink a big mug of sleepy time tea tonight.

Lunch: another bbq tuna salad with kale/cabbage.
Dinner: chicken soup with a turkey and havarti sandwich.
Extras: water, a spoon of chili to salt taste it, another banana, and some hot tea because its snowing )

I know, I know. my eating habits are pathetic. I tried getting better at eating a healthy amount of healthy food but I just don't care right now.

so far just one of those strawberry nutrigrain bars, however when I feel like it there is going to be a nice large plate of pasta and cheese for lunch / dinner.

Chicken salad, chocolate fiber biscuits, a glass of wine, a sweet potato, corn on the cob, a banana and herbal tea. Kind of shocked at how little I ate but my metabolism has shifted.
