All my wisdom teeth were pulled yesterday and it felt really hurts even after I have taken all the medicine. I also felt a bit dizzy. And last night I couldn't sleep because of insomnia, and instead of trying to sleep, I came here and answered another random question like this. Hahaha
This morning my headache was get worst, but the pain in my mouth was pretty much gone, i'm glad today is a may day so i could went back to sleep.
Because of that, what i've eaten was a bit different than usual...
breakfast
3 spoon of chicken porridge, a small glass of tea and a small glass of water
(yeah, I need to stopped at the third spoon)
lunch
a bowl of chicken porridge,1 glass of pumpkin juice, 2 glasses of water
snack
a small cup of plain yogurt
dinner
chicken soup with rice, 1 glass of milk and 2 glass of water

Restarting my weight loss thing and I'm so glad this thread got bumped back up again!

Breakfast : Coffee (95cal), 2 hardboiled eggs (125cal), freeze dried strawberries (50cal)
Lunch: Babybel cheese & crackers (170cal), boba w stevia instead of sugar (idk but I'm guesssing 350cals)
Dinner: Shirataki noodles in spicy broth + broccoli + chicken (400cal)
Total: 1190 cal
Height: 5"2, Weight: 123lbs

Not trying to be negative whatsoever, but do you think this calorie count is too small for you? I understand the doubt! I'm a very short, sedentary person and I'm doing the CICO method.
