You may lose weight quickly the first week or two on a diet because it's mostly water weight.

The only way to consistently lose weight and keep it off is to aim to lose 1 - 2 lbs. per week. Unless you are extremely obese, anything more is not sustainable. Period.

You could do 1200 calories a day and that is pretty quick weightloss. slimfast, special k, lean cuisines.

Eat Vegan, High Carb, Low Fat & No added salt. Check out Freelee on Youtube if you don't believe me. And please none of that processed stuff ^ Instead, mainly fruits and veggies & exercise for 2-3 hours every other day for fast results.

A juice fast, or those Special K diets. But those are temporary fixes.

But tbh you are better off at eating a calorie deficit say around 1200 cals and exercising. Weight lose isn't a sprint.

Edit: or as what was said above following a plan similar to 80/10/10 (raw vegan)

Be careful, the outdated and inaccurate standard of 1200 cals/day is very little for most people. You have to take into consideration your weight, height, age and activity level.

i've lost 6 pounds in the past week by drinking a gallon of water a day and watching calories and working out. albeit it's mostly water weight, it still feels great and to see that number continue to shrink every morning is super awesome. water really does help lose weight ladies, as counter intuitive as it seems!

I've lost some pounds by eating six times a day small meals and drinking lots of water. Cut out fake sugars, pop candy junk food etc.
